Dr. Tseng currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Taiwan E-Governance Research Center (TEG) and as a National Policy Researcher for Taiwan\u2019s AI Center of Excellence (AICOE). In these capacities, he contributes to the formulation of Taiwan&#8217;s sovereign AI strategies and data literacy frameworks. Additionally, he has been an active contributor to the Digital Government Society (dgo) international conferences for many years, engaging with the global academic community to advance the study of digital governance.
