Her work bridges research, advocacy, and education to help shape global AI standards and best practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to joining CeSIA, Pauline was Advisor to the OECD\u2019s Economics Department, delegated by the Mauritian authorities, coordinating high-level bilateral and African-focused initiatives, including the signing of the OECD-Mauritius Country Programme in 2024. She also served as Advisor to the Bank of Mauritius, leading international cooperation with the OECD, IMF, World Bank, think tanks, academia and other counterparts, resulting in the signing of more than 35 cooperation agreements. Earlier roles include advisory positions with the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius, Publicis Groupe, and IKCS Communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pauline holds a Master\u2019s in Public Affairs from Sciences Po Paris, pursued studies at the University of Sydney as part of her undergraduate curriculum, and has been awarded the Harvard Kennedy School Public Leadership Credential. She contributes to academic and high-level initiatives at Sciences Po on global governance and AI, is a Member of the\u00a0<em>UNESCO Women4Ethical AI<\/em>\u00a0Platform and serves as a Mentor for the Harvard France Scholarship Fund. Her publications and policy contributions cover AI ethics, gender equity, financial inclusion, and sustainable development.
