Minyue Dong started her career in a financial institution in China at the early 1990s. In 2000s, she worked as experienced consultant in Arthur Andersen (Hong Kong). In 2006, Minyue obtained the PhD degree in Economie with a major in management and started her Professorship in Switzerland.
Minyue’s main teaching and research interests are financial instruments and management incentives, merger & acquisition and restructuration. Minyue is also an active consultant for investment projects, especially between Chinese and European societies. She is fluent in Chinese, English, and French.
